Refund Policy

Refund Policy
At Lara Furniture, our focus is to offer high-quality furniture and well-known name brands to our customers at discounted prices. Therefore, due to our low margin, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items.
Lara Furniture guarantees that all purchased merchandise is to be picked up or delivered in good, new and satisfactory condition.


For any cancellation requests, the customer must contact us, in order to receive a full refund. Orders canceled after 48 hours from the transaction date will be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

Customers who want to cancel their order after the payment was captured, will be responsible to pay the 3% cancellation fee. However, if the order was already prepared for delivery, the customer will only receive a 70% refund of the total amount.

Customers will not receive a full refund if:

  • Customer receives wrong merchandise because they did not review their invoice to make sure they selected the correct merchandise.


  • The customer’s furniture does not fit properly because the customer did not accurately measure the dimensions of the furniture delivered.
  • Customer doesn’t like the color or the material quality of the purchased merchandise.

*For curbside delivery, we do not accept any responsibility if the furniture does not fit through the door.

* For in-room delivery, if the furniture does not fit through the door, we can return the furniture however, the buyer will be charged a 30’% restocking fee as well as two ways freight costs.

 * In case of refusing or returning the shipment, the buyer will be charged a 40% restocking fee as well as two-way freight costs. Likewise, in case of refusal of shipment or failure to comply with the delivery requirements; attempted delivery, detention, and/or storage fees will be the sole responsibility of the consignee.
