Delivery Policy

      We are proud to offer the best prices and high-quality furniture to our customers. Before the delivery process, all our furniture is inspected in every detail to be sure that it is in good condition. If you pick up the product, we recommend you, control the product very carefully before you receive it. Due to our high concentration to serve you in the best way, we are unfortunately unable to process returns and refunds once the product has been accepted. If you have any doubt about your order, you may cancel up to delivery or pick up time.

      Damaged products and missing pieces must be reported via email or calling customer care service within 48 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, claims will not be allowed after 48 hours of delivery. Therefore, please inspect the merchandise for damages or missing parts as soon as you receive your product(s). Please attach clear photos of the damaged product to the email and keep the original packaging of damaged merchandise as it is required if the manufacturer accepts replacement.

Delivery Policy

We deliver within the 0-40 miles of our store.

CURBSIDE DELIVERY: Furniture delivery to the curb or end of the driveway outside the requested delivery address. Someone will have to be on hand to meet the driver and sign for the package. 

  • 0-20 Miles from the store location - $75
  • 21-40 Miles from the store location - $129 

 

IN-ROOM DELIVERY (ASSEMBLY NOT INCLUDED)Furniture delivery to the room of your choice  

  • 0-20 Miles from the store location - $129
  • 21-40 Miles from the store location - $199

 

IN-ROOM DELIVERY (ASSEMBLY INCLUDED)Furniture delivery to the room of your choice

  • 21-40 Miles from the store location - $199 + $100

ASSEMBLY SERVICE - $100

Assembly: We’ll professionally unpack and assemble your new furniture and put it exactly where you want it.

We remove all packaging materials from the house but won't recycle them.

 

*Same-day delivery is only applicable for the items that are labeled as “SAME DAY” on our website and only if the customer purchases the product before 10:00 a.m. Tuesday to Friday and within 0-5 miles. Same Day delivery is not available from Saturday to Monday. Please note that unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as changes in delivery capacity and shipping volumes, may delay the delivery of your order.

*For curbside delivery, we do not accept any responsibility if the furniture does not fit through the door.

* For in-room delivery, if the furniture does not fit through the door, we can return the furniture however, the buyer will be charged a 30% restocking fee as well as two ways freight costs.

* If you live in an apartment without an elevator, for the first 2 floors include the price, but if the furniture will be moved to upper levels, we charge $20 for every extra floor.

* We do not charge any extra fee in case of replacement of broken, damaged, or missing parts.

* Lara Furniture reserves to right to cancel any orders or delay the shipments for reasons including but not limited to manufacturer, carrier, stock, and/or cost-related issues on out-of-state orders without prior notice.

* In case of refusing or returning the shipment, the buyer will be charged a 30% restocking fee as well as two-way freight costs. Likewise, in case of refusal of shipment or failure to comply with the delivery requirements; attempted delivery, detention, and/or storage fees will be the sole responsibility of the consignee.
