Shipping policy
Return Policy
At DMV Furniture, we are committed to providing high-quality furniture at competitive prices. To ensure our customers' satisfaction, all furniture is carefully inspected before delivery. If you opt to pick up your product, we strongly encourage you to thoroughly inspect the item before accepting it.
Once the product has been accepted, we are unable to process returns or refunds. If you have any concerns about your order, you may cancel it at any time before delivery or pickup.
Damaged Products or Missing Parts:
- Damaged products or missing parts must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing dmvfurn2025@gmail.com or calling +1 (703)825-3008.
- Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery cannot be processed.
- To facilitate claims, please include clear photos of the damaged product and retain the original packaging, as it is required for replacement approval by the manufacturer.
- Claims reported within the specified time will be handled promptly, and there will be no additional charges for replacement of broken, damaged, or missing parts.
Delivery Policy
We currently deliver to locations within 0-75 miles of our store location.
Delivery Fees:
- 0-30 Miles: In-Room Delivery: $149
- 30-50 Miles: In-Room Delivery: $179
- 50-75 Miles: In-Room Delivery: $229
Special Delivery Options:
- Same-Day Delivery: Available for items labeled "SAME DAY" on our website. Applicable for the Maryland branch only if the purchase is made before 9:00 a.m. and the delivery address is within 0-20 miles. (Minimum purchase: $500.)
- Next-Day Delivery: Available for items labeled "NEXT DAY" on our website. Applicable for the Maryland branch only if the purchase is made before 9:00 a.m. and the delivery address is within 0-20 miles. (Minimum purchase: $500.)
- New Jersey Branch Deliveries: Deliveries are scheduled every Tuesday and Friday. (Istanbul Turkish Furniture reserves the right to adjust delivery times and conditions.)
Additional Delivery Information
- Assembly Service: We do not provide assembly services.
- Curbside Delivery: We are not responsible if furniture does not fit through the door.
- In-Room Delivery: If the furniture does not fit through the door, the item can be returned; however, the buyer will be charged a 30% restocking fee and two-way freight costs.
- Apartments Without Elevators: Delivery charges include the first 3 floors. For each additional floor, an extra fee of $20 per floor will apply.
Important Notes:
- All damaged products or missing parts must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period cannot be processed.
- Please inspect your items carefully upon delivery and attach photos of any damage when submitting a claim. Retain the original packaging as it may be required for replacements.
- DMV Furniture reserves the right to cancel any order or delay shipments for reasons including, but not limited to, manufacturer, carrier, stock availability, or cost-related issues, without prior notice for out-of-state orders.
Returns or Refusal of Shipments:
In case of shipment refusal or return:
- A 40% restocking fee and two-way freight costs will apply.
- If delivery requirements are not met, any attempted delivery, detention, or storage fees will be the sole responsibility of the consignee.

Refund policy
All Sales Are Final
At DMV Furniture, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality furniture and well-known brands at affordable prices. Due to our low margins, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items.
DMV Furniture guarantees that all purchased merchandise will be delivered or picked up in new, satisfactory condition. Before delivery, all furniture is carefully inspected to ensure it is in good condition. If you choose to pick up your product, we strongly recommend inspecting it thoroughly before accepting it.
Once the product is accepted, we are unable to process returns or exchanges. If you have any concerns about your order, you may cancel it at any time prior to delivery or pickup.
Damaged Products and Missing Parts
Damaged products or missing parts must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email address] or contacting our customer service team. Unfortunately, claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery cannot be processed. For this reason, we urge you to carefully inspect your merchandise as soon as it is delivered.
Please attach clear photos of the damaged product to your email and retain the original packaging. This is necessary if the manufacturer accepts a replacement request.

- Curbside Delivery: We do not assume responsibility if furniture does not fit through your door.
- In-Room Delivery: If furniture cannot fit through your door, we can accept the return, but a 30% restocking fee and two-way freight costs will apply.

Order Cancellation and Returns
DMV Furniture reserves the right to cancel any order or delay shipment due to manufacturer, carrier, stock availability, or cost-related issues without prior notice.
If a shipment is refused or returned, a 40% restocking fee and two-way freight costs will be charged to the buyer. Additionally, if delivery requirements are not met, any attempted delivery, detention, or storage fees will be the sole responsibility of the consignee.
